RevolutionRace is a Swedish public limited liability company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. RevolutionRace’s Corporate Governance is based on Swedish legislation, the articles of association of RevolutionRace, the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the "Code") and Nasdaq Stockholm's Rulebook for issuers as well as other applicable rules and recommendations. The code is based on the principle of "comply or explain". This means that a company that applies the Code must not at every opportunity comply with each rule of the Code but has the possibility to choose alternative solutions that it believes are better suited to the company's particular circumstances, provided that each deviation is reported, that the solution chosen is described instead and that an explanation for the deviation is provided. RevolutionRace intends to apply the Code without deviation from the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.
