Growth has placed significant demands on internal communication, which we have addressed through three new initiatives: Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Management through Objectives and Key Results (OKR), and RevolutionRace Basecamp.

1. EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION (EVP)

With our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiative, we focus on clearly defining and communicating the benefits of working for RevolutionRace.

2. MANAGEMENT THROUGH OBJECTIVES AND KEY RESULTS (OKR)

The second initiative focuses on communicating the company’s direction and goals. Since 2023, we have been working with Objectives and Key Results (OKR) as a method for defining and tracking our company goals.

3. REVOLUTIONRACE BASECAMP

The third initiative is the intranet platform called RevolutionRace Basecamp, where we can share both formal and informal information with all employees.
