Annual General Meeting 2023

The annual general meeting of RVRC Holding AB (publ) will be held on 21 November 2023 in Borås. 

Shareholders who wish to have a matter addressed at the annual general meeting may submit their proposal to the board of directors via email to generalmeetings@revolutionrace.se or via ordinary mail to the following address:

RVRC Holding AB, ”AGM 2023” Nils Jakobssongatan 5D, SE-504 30 Borås, Sweden. 

To ensure inclusion in the notice and the agenda for the annual general meeting, the matter must be received by the board of directors no later than 3 October 2023.
